Lawn edging
We define the edges where grass meets walkways, driveways, patios and garden beds. Trimming overgrown borders gives the yard a finished appearance and keeps grass from spilling onto surrounding surfaces.
Plant & shrub pruning
We prune and shape plants and shrubs to keep garden beds tidy and growth manageable. We consider the plant’s shape and seasonal needs, and trim growth that crowds nearby plants or extends into walkways.
Weed control & removal
We remove or control unwanted weeds in the lawn and garden areas. We pay attention to weeds around plants, along borders and in beds, choosing an approach suited to the area and the surrounding landscape.
Leaf cleanup
We clear fallen leaves from trees and plants throughout the yard, including the lawn, garden beds and surrounding surfaces. We remove accumulated leaf debris around shrubs and finish by blowing loose leaves and clippings from walkways and other maintained areas.
Lawn fertilization
We fertilize the grass as part of its seasonal care, taking the lawn’s condition and growth into account. Fertilization is timed to the needs of the lawn rather than applied at every mowing visit.

We check the timer, sprinklers, drip lines and valves as part of caring for the yard, and explain any issues we find.
Timer & controller checks
We review the irrigation timer, including its clock, watering days, start times and zone run times. We look for settings that do not match the intended schedule and identify programming issues that may affect watering.
Sprinkler checks
We check the sprinklers for visible damage, blocked or misdirected spray and uneven coverage. We look for signs that a head is not operating properly, water is missing part of the lawn or spray is reaching paths instead of the grass.
Drip line checks
We inspect accessible drip tubing, emitters and connections around the plants. We look for disconnected lines, visible leaks and emitters that appear blocked or are not delivering water where needed.
Irrigation valve checks
We check accessible irrigation valves and zone operation for signs of leakage or problems opening and closing. If a zone does not run or continues watering when it should stop, we identify the issue and explain the recommended next step.
